INTRODUCING
6-Seam Hard Bottom Trawl
—The six seam trawl design gives the net a very well defined shape.
The six seam design and four ribline configuration creates a very sleek trawl body shape ideal for funneling Fish towards the Cod End. Unlike the traditional four seam and especially the two seam designs, the six seam design creates a smaller bottom belly overall. This style of bottom belly minimizes damage and repairs are very quick to complete. Additional damage control qualities for quick repairs can be seen in the lack of tapers along a majority of the riblines.
High Opening and a Wide Swath herds Fish!! Especially effective on Atka Mackerel, Rockfish, Snapper, Pollock, Cod and Sole. The ground tending capabilities of this design maintains steady contact under the roughest of conditions.
